Our weekly classes are for entry-level fitness enthusiasts, anyone who is recovering from injury or has been released from physical therapy, and those interested in learning how to safely engage in exercise, so you can achieve your goals of living an active, healthy and pain-free lifestyle.
Owners Kevin Pedrey and Grace Lambert - and their colleague, Abby Carl - have a passion for helping people with their health and wellness goals in a variety of ways. They know from experience that to achieve living your best life requires making yourself a priority by doing things that consistently improve your health and well-being.
