Weekly Group Classes

  • Foundation Training

    This Level 1 class emphasizes the importance of a proper foundation in all modalities of exercise, and is taught by Kevin, Grace and Heather. A variety of techniques are taught, including form and function during body weight exercises, stretching and strength training using yoga blocks, straps, resistance bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells.

  • Functional Movement

    This Level 1-2 class offers posture-oriented exercises taught to help restore functional muscle recruitment, increase range of motion, improve balance, and realign joints.

  • Strength Training

    These Level 2-3 classes offer strength training utilizing a variety of training modalities, including kettlebells, free weights, resistance bands, Pilates mat work & spherical movements and body weight exercises.

  • Yoga + Mobility

    This class offers a deep dive into yoga and mobility by increasing joint mobility, building strength and stability, and creating more optimal movement patterns. Various props are used in this class, allowing plenty of time and instruction to help members understand how to adjust each posture to fit their unique body and level of experience.

  • Tai Chi/ Chi Gong

    Tai Chi and Chi Gong help to improve balance, posture and focus, while energizing the body, mind and spirit. This class teaches the internal art of chi cultivation and will include meditation, mindfulness, and soft, flowing movements that are easy to practice.

  • Foot Function and Balance Training

    This class utilizes a variety of tools and techniques to restore neuromuscular connections, increase reflexes and agility, and improve foot function, strength, and stability.
