About Us

We are located in the heart of downtown Sequim, Washington, at 244 West Washington Street. Our facility has a large open classroom for hosting small group classes and events, including workshops, retreats, talks, and continuing education seminars. We also have several treatment rooms in which our therapists provide private sessions.

Our Offerings

We offer a variety of community programs to members in the form of daily classes, monthly workshops, and occasional healing retreats and informative talks. Membership ensures you receive the training and tools you need to live a pain-free, active, and healthy lifestyle. Our membership programs and tools can:

  • Reduce or eliminate chronic pain

  • Increase strength and flexibility

  • Improve balance

  • Restore proper joint alignment and range of motion

  • Restore muscle strength and function after illness, injury, or surgery

  • Boost athletic performance

  • Improve duration and quality of sleep

  • Restore healthy breathing habits

  • Reduce stress, anxiety, or depression

Additional Offerings for Members and Guests

To facilitate our goal of helping people get out of pain, feel better, and make healthy self-care choices, we have several treatment rooms in which a Massage Therapist, Posture Therapist, Trauma-Informed Movement Therapist, Reiki Master, Nutrition Coach, and/or other practitioner can provide their service to members and guests.

Offerings for Healthcare Practitioners

Northwest Fitness & Wellness Center offers in-person and online accredited continuing education courses for local and nationwide healthcare practitioners. These courses enable massage therapists and other practitioners to expand their knowledge base and meet the ongoing needs of their patients or clients while gaining the required continuing education units (CEUs) to recertify in their chosen field. Memberships

We offer multiple membership types for our in-person programs, as shown below and on our Membership page:

  • Platinum, class attendance, unlimited classes

  • Gold, class attendance 2x per week

  • Silver, class attendance 1x per week

  • Copper, pay per class

Classes

Guests can attend one class for free and choose a membership option that best matches their goals.
