Hip pain, weakness, instability, and a feeling of chronic tension affect people worldwide, especially those who spend more time sitting than being active. Hip pain and restrictions can lead to low back pain, and together, these issues can sideline people of any age. Chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, physical therapy, and other therapies usually provide relief, but often, it’s only temporary. Posture-oriented exercises to improve hip function can bring lasting relief.

Grace Lambert and Kevin Pedrey will educate you about the various causes of hip pain and then teach you stretches to begin increasing your hip mobility. These will be followed by posture-oriented exercises and static poses to begin strengthening your hips. Together, these techniques help reduce pain and restrictions so that you can get moving again!
